Founder and President
Before founding In Touch in 1991, Peter built a 25-year career as a senior finance, strategic planning and administration executive for organizations like The Toro Company, Jostens, Tonka and Munsingwear. Peter holds a BA in International Relations from Occidental College, an M.Ed. from Cleveland State University and an MBA from The Harvard Business School.
In addition to speaking about corporate ethics and employee feedback systems, Peter has published many articles on these topics. Peter is also a board member and volunteer for several not-for-profit agencies, and a contributing food and restaurants editor for MPLS-ST. PAUL Magazine.
VP of Operations
Marie is responsible for coordinating all aspects of In Touch’s daily operations. She assists a global client base that includes a broad spectrum of industries and companies of all sizes. Before joining In Touch, Marie was a Senior Program Manager and an Information Systems and Data Processing Manager at ACI Telecentrics, a teleservices firm that provided inbound and outbound call handling services from a dozen call centers in Canada, India, and the US. Marie also has experience coordinating e-mail and web-related solutions for sales and customer service.
When not working to satisfy In Touch clients, Marie enjoys almost any outdoor activity and spends her spare time honing her piano playing talents, having played since the age of seven.
Program Director & Client Services
Danielle is responsible for the proofreading and distribution of automated messages, as well as processing client responses. She manages all aspects of the Exit Interview Program, including client implementation, hiring and assignment of exit interviewers, and creation of tailored reports and databases. Additionally, Danielle utilizes her creative background by carrying out design projects for the company — most recently, designing the new In Touch office suite.
Danielle has a Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Mass Communication, Art, and Design Studies from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She resides in Uptown Minneapolis and enjoys interior design, exploration walks, and being close to the action.
Lisa de Felice
Director of CaseTrac Quality Assurance
Lisa is responsible for the proofreading and distribution of messages for In Touch’s largest client, as well as processing their management responses. She also compiles weekly reports, answers the phones, and feeds the fish. While Lisa has worn many hats in other jobs she has held, her favorite position, by far, has been editor/quality assurance. Her eye for detail and love of the English language make her a great asset to the team.
Lisa spent the last 13 years living in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where she attended UW-Eau Claire and earned a Bachelors in Sociology and Print Journalism. In her free time, Lisa enjoys snuggling her two cats, Boy and Jerry, playing sports like kickball and soccer, and meeting new people.
Quality Assurance & Customer Support Specialist
Kaylee is responsible for the proofreading and distribution of messages for a wide variety of In Touch clients. She also handles all promotional materials, provides client support, files office documents, and pets all the dogs who visit the office. Kaylee’s background in proofreading, office work, and customer service all lend to her success at In Touch.
Outside of the office, Kaylee does freelance work in proofreading and movie production, most recently as an associate producer for the upcoming film, “No Blood of Mine.” Kaylee resides in Northeast Minneapolis where she enjoys reading, hula hooping, doing puzzles, and watching good (and bad) television in her spare time.
