Compliance Hotlines
Compliance hotlines, sometimes called whistleblower tiplines, help you uncover problems early and address them before they get worse. This results in a safer and more ethically sound workplace.
Our confidential, anonymous hotlines alert you to issues regarding:
- Safety and security
- Harassment and discrimination
- Theft and fraud
- Code of conduct and compliance
Catching problems early can help you:
- Identify unethical practices
- Reduce liabilities and lawsuits
- Retain personnel
- Improve your bottom line
Hotline Options
Some hotline users wish to remain anonymous. Others want a personal response. In Touch hotlines give callers a choice. We give our clients a choice, too, with a range of hotline options:
Automated. Employees leave feedback on TouchBack, our automated phone system. Caller has the option to remain anonymous, provide contact information or receive a case number for a reply.
Live Operator. Employees leave feedback with a live operator. A scripted interview—fully customizable—guides the session. Caller can remain anonymous, provide contact information or receive a case number for a reply.
Combination. After dialing the toll-free hotline, callers choose whether to leave feedback on the automated system or with a live operator.
Web-based. Often used as a supplement to automated/live phone hotlines. Users can remain anonymous or request a reply.
We’ll help you configure a hotline solution that fits the needs of your company. In Touch quality-checks all feedback and organizes it into easy-to-read reports. This makes it simple for you to pinpoint problems and take timely action.
