Peter Lilienthal

Founder and President
Before founding In Touch in 1991, Peter built a 25-year career as a senior finance, strategic planning and administration executive for organizations like The Toro Company, Jostens, Tonka and Munsingwear. Peter holds a BA in International Relations from Occidental College, an M.Ed. from Cleveland State University and an MBA from The Harvard Business School.

In addition to speaking about corporate ethics and employee feedback systems, Peter has published many articles on these topics. Peter is also a board member and volunteer for several not-for-profit agencies, and a contributing food and restaurants editor for MPLS-ST. PAUL Magazine.

Peter Le

Director of Operations
Since 2005, Peter has been responsible for coordinating all aspects of In Touch’s daily operations. He assists a global client base that includes a broad spectrum of industries and companies of all sizes. When not working to satisfy In Touch clients, Peter, a billiards enthusiast, might be found playing a spirited game of 9-Ball at one of the Twin Cities’ more competitive pool establishments.

Alisha Kimberly

Director of Company Connections and Business Development
Alisha oversees the In Touch exit interview reporting process, and is responsible for the proofreading and distribution of clients’ messages. Before joining In Touch in 2008, Alisha worked in sales and client/account management at Hobbit Travel, Capella University and the Star Tribune in Minneapolis. Currently, Alisha is a Minneapolis suburbanite. She enjoys traveling, writing and aims to try anything at least once.
